Fees
Each collaboration with Cabinet Alderlieste is the subject of a prior mission letter, specifying the areas of intervention and the course of the mission. This letter also defines the associated method of remuneration.
As part of a research mandate, we will analyse your needs in order to support you in the acquisition of an old property, with or without tax advantage, on a private or professional basis. Acquisition fees: 2% of the net selling price, payable at the time of signing the deed of sale or transfer of the SCI.
For the missions of the sale by sales mandate, the fees are borne by the seller and are due at the signing of the deed of sale.
Scale of fees for the sale:

The fees represent the maximum percentages applicable to our services.
The fees are borne by the seller or buyer according to the terms of the mandate entrusted to the agency and include 20% VAT.
