Founded in 1999 in Cholet, Cabinet Alderlieste is now located in the south of Touraine, near Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine. This location covers a large territory, mainly including the Pays de la Loire, the Centre-Val de Loire, Poitou-Charentes and Limousin.

Cabinet Alderlieste is directed by Jan Erik Alderlieste, real estate agent/real estate expert, graduate in business law and management consultant.
In 1995 he became a business manager (real estate legal editions) after a career in international publishing houses (Wolters Kluwer, Weka and Brill). His passion for real estate of character and old stones in particular, pushed him, with his international expertise, to become an expert in exceptional real estate with an international clientele. Born in 1961 in Rotterdam (Netherlands) and from a family that has been intermeded for many years in real estate wealth management in Rotterdam, his origins are far from having influenced his current job as a real estate agent. At the same time, Jan Erik Alderlieste was also widely involved, as director of Puy du Fou International from 2010 to 2014.
Cabinet Alderlieste is a family business. Thus, Jan Erik Alderlieste and his 3 sons (Melle, Keld and Ole) accompany you with the same dynamism and the same passion in the sale and purchase of houses of character in France for 10 years. Since 2017, the firm has become the exclusive partner of the BARNES house. This synergistic partnership allows the family to manage and sell properties located in the Center-West of France as a representative of BARNES Propriétés & Châteaux.
