Family-business
Cabinet Alderlieste is managed by Jan Erik Alderlieste, real estate agent, a lawyer (Leiden, Holland) and a management consultant, since 1995 after a career in several well-known international publishing companies. In 1998 he created a professional and legal real estate journal.

About us
The beginning of a flourishing real estate project in France later on. He was born 1961 in Rotterdam, Holland and immigrated into France in 1999 with his family. His passion for French history and French architecture and culture made him decide to become a real estate agent or more over a mediator/avisor in French luxury property. Before he cooperated in France already with well established international realty agencies specialized in the sale of castles manor house and unique French property in the centre and the west of France. With his family he owns a medieval castle. Therefore he knows exactly how to evaluate your property search and is the right person to advice and accompany you, personally and professionally.

Family-business
The agency is a real family business. 4 sons, Edward, Melle , Bennert and Keld and his wife Claire ( former doctor and experienced in b&b, semainars, gites etc)work together.

As mediators, we want to avoid difficult and long legal procedures in case of problem solving in the selling process. We advise you at any moment on the diagnostics, the compromise (preliminary contract), the final completion, the deeds, the power attorney, the estimation of the property, leases and constraints (right of trespassing).
